Introducing our newest collaboration with Lanikai Brewing Co., the LYCHEEHOO!
This Brut brew (1/2 saison, 1/2 cider) was co-pitched with saison and cider yeasts, and aged over hand-picked organic lychee. We dry hopped with mosaic and hallertau blanc to complement the fruity and wine-like characters. The Lycheehoo is dry, effervescent and crisp with a hint of lychee.
